OUR STORY

Upstate Talent + Leadership Soluitons, Our Story, Greenville, SC HR Consulting Business Help

Upstate Talent and Leadership Solutions was birthed from a desire to see leaders realize their dreams, and a love of the entrepreneurial spirit that makes America the absolute best place on the planet to live.

We want to see business leaders executing a clear strategy that results in substantial growth, preparing next-generation leaders, and reconnecting with the passion that led them to start the company. We want leaders to get the biggest return on the time invested into their company, and to help them find solutions to the issues that keep them up at night.

After a successful corporate career in Human Resources, Upstate Talent and Leadership Solutions came from a desire to do HR differently. When I considered the services we might provide, I quickly made a list of services that I simply did not want to offer. I realized that I didn't want to provide these services because, while necessary, they didn't really add VALUE to the company. Then it dawned on me. As a seasoned HR professional, if I l didn't want to do these things, business leaders REALLY didn't want to do them. There had to be a better way.

Our approach is simple: Outsource what you can, make a plan for what you can't, and fight to protect the time that allows you to grow and lead your business.

I realize that companies sometimes think they can't afford to work with a consultant. But if this investment into your company sharpens your focus and secures the future of your company, there's another question to consider.

Can you afford not to?
