I started Upstate Talent + Leadership Solutions to support growing companies when people, leadership, and strategy begin to limit progress. After years inside organizations and alongside executive teams, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: leaders with strong vision, but without the alignment, leadership capacity, or structure required to execute it well.​

 

My focus is on higher‑level HR and leadership challenges—clarifying direction, developing leaders, aligning culture, and helping organizations execute with consistency. I intentionally do not provide payroll processing, benefits administration, or compliance outsourcing.

Experience That Matches the Challenge

I bring more than a decade of corporate HR experience and over 15 years of consulting experience. I began as an HR department of one, building systems and processes from the ground up. I later worked within a large national organization and partnered closely with executive leadership teams, supporting multiple companies under shared leadership.

I’ve sat in the seat of the leaders I now advise. I understand the pressure of decision‑making, the responsibility that comes with leading people, and the frustration of knowing where the organization needs to go—but not how to get there.

In addition, I’ve served extensively on nonprofit boards, including three years as board chair during a period of significant uncertainty and change. That experience shaped how I think about leadership, governance, and accountability.
